Vio sits on their phone's home screen like an app and shows them only jobs, the calendar, clients and photos. We do a free walkthrough call with your team.
Do my subs need an app?
No. Each sub gets a private link for their job. It works in English or Spanish, and they never see your prices.
Who does the setup?
We do. We move your old data in from your current CRM or spreadsheets, connect Thumbtack and Gmail, and put your logo on your documents.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Vio asks before saving money, work lists, contacts and deletes, and every change has an Undo button.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the software. You pay once. Hosting is your choice: we host it for $600 a year, or you pay Cloudflare directly. The Care Plan is optional.
What happens if something breaks?
For 60 days after setup, any problem you can show us is fixed free. After that, the Care Plan covers support and all updates.
