Construction CRM

The office, client and sub need different views.

Vio Crew and Complete include client and subcontractor portals. Compare who needs access and which job information to test before choosing your package.

A client portal and a subcontractor portal serve different people. Vio includes both with Crew and Complete. Office does not include either portal. Decide which information each person needs, then test the access in a demo before relying on it.

What is a client portal for?

A client needs a clear view of their own job and a practical way to stay informed. Bring the update questions your customers ask most often. Ask Ray to show which job details appear, how they are updated and what the client can do from their view.

What is a subcontractor portal for?

A subcontractor needs the work information relevant to their assignment. That may differ from what the office or client sees. Show Ray how you currently share scope, timing and job updates, then confirm the supported workflow in your Vio setup.

What access should we test?

  • Open the portal as the intended client or subcontractor, rather than only looking at an owner's preview.
  • Check which job and contact information is visible.
  • Confirm how financial information is restricted for each role.
  • Test what happens when access is removed or an assignment ends.
  • Check the phone view on the devices your team uses.

Company separation and permissions are requirements to verify, not claims to accept without a demonstration. Some security checks are still being completed. Ask which protections have been verified for your setup.

Does everyone need a full office login?

Not everyone needs the same kind of access. A portal is part of the package choice; extra logins are a separately listed $50 each. Confirm who counts as an extra login in your agreement before choosing the number you need.

Crew or Complete?

Crew is $2,500 once and adds both portals to Office. Complete is $3,000 and includes everything in Crew plus AI for one year, renewing yearly. See pricing and annual terms; ask Ray for current hosting and AI renewal terms.

How should we evaluate the whole workflow?

Start with a lead and its estimate follow-up, continue into a project, and check the job's financial records in the office view. Then open that same sample job as each outside participant. One connected example is more useful than a list of feature names.
