Vio is a construction CRM with a one-time software purchase. The package you choose determines whether you get office records only, client and subcontractor portals, or portals plus a first year of AI. Annual services are separate from the one-time software price.

Vio Office — $2,000 once

Office is the starting package for a contractor company's CRM. It does not include a client portal, subcontractor portal or AI. Bring your lead, estimate and project workflow to the demo so you can see how it fits before buying.

Vio Crew — $2,500 once

Crew adds both a client portal and a subcontractor portal to Office. Choose this package when sharing job information outside the office is part of your daily workflow. See the client and subcontractor portal guide for the questions to test in a demo.

Vio Complete — $3,000 once, including one year of AI

Complete includes everything in Crew plus AI for one year. AI renews yearly. Ask Ray for current renewal terms before you buy. A one-time software purchase does not mean unlimited AI forever.

Care Plan and extra logins

Care Plan: $990 per year for support and all updates.
Extra logins: $50 each.
Support: report any hour; urgent requests answered within two hours, 7am–10pm Central.

Who hosts the CRM?

Vio hosts buyer companies in its own Cloudflare account. Ask Ray to confirm the hosting terms, the services covered by your agreement, and any applicable renewal costs. The one-time price above is not an all-inclusive lifetime operating-cost promise.

What should you check before choosing a plan?

Start with the people who need access. Office is for the internal CRM. Crew adds client and subcontractor portals. Complete adds the first year of AI. Then confirm extra logins, ongoing services and what your team actually needs to use.

In the demo, follow one estimate through its next step, open the job's money records, and test each person's view. Some security checks are still being completed; ask what is verified for your setup before signing.

Is there a monthly software license fee?

No. Vio's software packages are paid once. Care Plan, AI renewals and any hosting arrangements are separate terms. Use the one-time versus subscription comparison to compare a complete written quote rather than a headline price.

Can I compare this with my existing CRM bill?

Yes. Put your current license, extra users, support, migration and other operating costs beside Vio's complete quote over the same period. Do not assume every existing tool or accounting workflow can be removed.
